The Member for Tharaka (Hon. George Murugara, MP) to ask the National Land Commission: - Could the Commission explain – (i) Why it has taken inordinately long to publish a Report and its findings and recommendations on the Tunyai ‘B’ Adjudication Scheme (Gakurungu Land Petition) to the public, having visited the site on 8th September 2021 and undertaken a public hearing? (ii) When will the Report be released to the public?
