Caleb Mule, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) state the current status of the infrastructural project of upgrading Mwanyani – Katoloni Road to bitumen standards under Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) in Machakos Town Constituency? (ii) state the criteria used to award M/S. Wak Construction Limited the tender for upgrading the Mwanyani – Katoloni Road, noting that the contract has taken four years to complete? (iii) outline measures the Ministry is putting in place to ensure that the Manyani – Katoloni Road is upgraded to bitumen standards within the set timelines?
