THAT, this House adopts the Seventeenth Report of the Special Funds Accounts Committee on the Audited Accounts for the Director of Public Prosecutions Mortgage and Car Loan Scheme Fund for the Financial Years 2018/2019 to 2022/2023; the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Staff Car Loan and Mortgage Scheme Fund for the Financial Years 2018/2019 to 2021/2022; the Public Service Commission Staff Car Loan and Mortgage Scheme Fund for the Financial Years 2017/2018 to 2022/2023; and the National Land Commission Car Loan and Mortgage Scheme Fund for the Financial Years 2020/2021 to 2021/2022, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.
