THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives on its consideration of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Kenya and the United Arab Emirates, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 13th November 2025, and pursuant to the provisions of section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, CAP 4D, approves the Ratification of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Kenya and the United Arab Emirates.
