THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 01, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Prof. Edward Kisiangani – State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunication; and 2. Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui – State Department for ICT and Digital Economy.
