THAT, Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 97(1), debate on the Special Motion under Standing Order No. 10, be limited to a maximum of not more than five (5) hours with each Member speaking for not more than ten (10) minutes except the Leader of the Minority Party who will be limited to not more than 20 minutes.
