THAT, in furtherance of the resolution of the House passed today 2nd May 2024 on the Special Motion for the dismissal of Hon. Franklin Mithika Linturi as the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development and pursuant to the provisions of Article 152(7)(a) and Standing Order 66(5)(b), this House approves the appointment of the following Members to the Select Committee to investigate the grounds contained in the resolution of the House– (i) The Hon.
