THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations in its Report on the Approval Hearings of nine (9) Nominees for Appointment as High Commissioner, Ambassador and Consuls-General, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 132(2)(e) of the Constitution, section 20(2) of the Foreign Service Act, Cap. 185E and sections 3 and 8 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, Cap. 7F, this House approves the appointment of the following persons as: (a) High Commissioner- Hon. Florence Bore - Windhoek, Namibia (b) Ambassadors– 1. Amb. Anthony Mwaniki Muchiri Ankara, Turkey 2. Amb. Lucy Kiruthu - Bangkok, Thailand 3. Mr. Henry Wambuma - Bujumbura, Burundi 4.
