THAT, this House adopts the Sixth Report of the Public Investments Committee on Social Services, Administration and Agriculture on its examination of Financial Statements of the following State Corporations, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 5th August 2025: 1. Agro-Chemical and Food Company Limited for FY 2015/2016 to 2016/2017; 2. Kenya Animal Genetic Resources Centre for FY 2011/2012 to 2017/2018; 3. Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital for FY 2015/2016 to 2016/2017; and 4. Public Benefit Organisation Regulatory Authority (formerly NGO Co-ordination Board) for FY 1992/1993 to 2006/2007.
