THAT, pursuant to the provisions of the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act, Cap. 6 and the Standing Orders of the National Assembly, this House resolves to extend the period for the inquiry into allegations of bribery against the Hon. Jack Wanami Wamboka, CBS, MP, the suspended Chairperson of the Public Investments Committee on Governance and Education, by a period of fourteen (14) days, with effect from 20th May 2026.
