MOTION – LIMITATION OF DEBATE ON THE MOTION ON THE ADOPTION OF THE REPORT OF THE JOINT SELECT COMMITTEE ON THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS TO THE EAST AFRICAN LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY THAT, pursuant to Standing order 111 of the Senate Standing Orders, the debate on the Motion be limited to a maximum of 2 minutes for all Senators.
