ADOPTION OF THE REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON FINANCE AND BUDGET ON THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS (EQUITABLE SHARE) CASH DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023/2024 AND APPROVAL OF THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CASH DISBURSEMENT (EQUITABLE SHARE) SCHEDULE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023/2024. THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget on the County Governments (Equitable Share) Cash Disbursement Schedule for Financial year 2023/2024, laid on the Table of the Senate on Thursday, 27th July, 2023 and that pursuant to Section 17 (7) of the Public Finance Management Act and Standing Order 189 (3), the Senate approves the County Governments (Equitable Share) Cash Disbursement Schedule for Financial year 2023/2024.
